Product recipes you can reuse

Each recipe holds ingredient quantities, packaging, batch yield, production time, labor rate, overhead, waste allowance and margin targets. Start from the candle, soap or craft template and change it to fit.

Material costs in the units you buy

Enter a purchase in one unit and a recipe quantity in another compatible one. Unit costs for wax, fragrance, soap base, jars, boxes and labels are calculated for you.

Batch costing with real numbers

Record planned and actual yields, material costs and production minutes, then compare actual spending with the plan. Past batch costs stay saved when material prices change.

Retail and wholesale pricing

Selling price = unit cost ÷ (1 − target margin). Compare options before you print a price sheet.

Before you buy

  • Weight-to-volume conversion is not automatic, because it depends on each material's density.
  • Suggested prices depend on what you enter, so add your other selling expenses to your planning.
  • The host computer must stay running while other devices are connected.
